DescriptionYou will need to (ideally) oil your ears twice a day for 1-2 days before the procedure. You can use olive oil, it’s best if it’s warm. For the best results place a few drops in your ear canal, then make a plug from cotton wool and vaseline, this will keep the oil in, leave the plug in for 10-20mins or so.

For urgent appointment’s we ask that you oil before you arrive and the evening before if possible.
